We're excited to be partnering exclusively once again with a valued long-term client located in South Cambridge. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their welcoming team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based role that provides an excellent working environment and a supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming customer calls

Responding to customer emails

*

Maintaining and updating internal systems

*

Coordinating travel arrangements

*

Carrying out general administrative tasks as needed

We're looking for someone who:
