Select is recruiting General Operatives on behalf of a busy, well-established manufacturing business specialising in precast concrete walls and related products.

This is a practical, hands-on position within an active production environment, contributing directly to the manufacture of high-quality concrete products.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 16:00
Flexible arrangements available, including 8-hour shift options
Key Duties

Supporting the production of precast concrete walls and associated products
Fitting reinforcing steel into moulds ahead of concrete pouring
Adjusting rebar to meet required specifications
Painting and finishing concrete products as directed
Loading and unloading materials throughout the production process
Providing support across other areas of the production floor as required
Keeping the working environment clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Working collaboratively within a production team to hit output targets
Candidate Requirements

A background in manufacturing or a similar production environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality output
A sound understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable transport and a consistent attendance record
Comfortable working at pace in a demanding production setting
Able to work in open or partially outdoor production areas
