Full training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities:Accurately produce weighbridge tickets for all inbound and outbound loadsCommunicate with site staff via radio to coordinate vehicle loadingEnsure all drivers and visitors are wearing appropriate PPENotify drivers of any overweight vehiclesEnforce credit stop procedures, only allowing transactions with appropriate authorisationMonitor and report weighbridge issues (damage, cleanliness, inaccuracies)Inspect inbound documentation for complianceAccurately complete outbound documentation in line with legislationMaintain a clean and tidy weighbridge officeEnsure drivers and visitors understand and follow site rulesAnswer telephone calls professionallyCollaborate with colleagues to operate the site safely and efficientlyUphold health and safety standards, including the use of PPE and reporting of incidentsRequirements:Ability to start immediatelyReliable, punctual, and professionalGood communication skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and follow processesInterested?Apply now to join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
