We are seeking a Family Service Worker to join our team.

• Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG
• Contract: 3 months +
• Start Date: 1 September 2025
• Hours: 37 per week
• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour umbrella

What you’ll do:

• Write holistic family assessments and create personalised plans with families.
• Co-ordinate targeted support with partner agencies.
• Lead and participate in Team Around the Child meetings to review progress.
• Work within our developing Community, Family, and Youth Hubs as part of Swindon Communities Together.

• Skilled in partnership working and building trust with families.
• Experienced in family or community support services.
