At Supply Teach, we are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Ripley. This is a long-term role with an immediate start, providing classroom support and leading learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering small group interventions and covering whole-class lessonsSupporting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and deliveryProviding academic and pastoral support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour in the classroomWorking collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

HLTA qualification (or extensive TA experience with additional responsibilities)Confidence in leading lessons and working with groups of childrenA nurturing and proactive approach to supporting pupils' learning and developmentStrong classroom management skills and a passion for educationPrevious experience in a primary school setting is highly desirable
