A growing consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on industrial and logistics developments across the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of major distribution centre and warehouse projects, working with both developers and occupiers.

The successful Project Manager will have previous experience in industrial schemes and must hold a full UK driving licence due to site visits. This role would suit a Project Manager confident in leading fast-paced construction projects through all phases.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will manage design and construction phases of industrial builds, with a focus on cost, programme, and quality management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and work closely with contractors to ensure timely delivery.

The Project Manager

• Degree in a construction-related discipline

• Previous experience in industrial or logistics projects

• Consultancy or client-side background

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Familiar with procurement and contract admin (JCT/NEC)
