Job Title: Finance/HR Administrator

Key responsibilities
- Processing time sheets and preparing monthly payroll information to be sent across to the accountants.
- Maintain subcontractor invoices
- Preparing all creditor payments
- On boarding of new employees
- Monitoring staff holiday/sickness etc.
- Processing sales invoices and monthly statements
- Processing expenses claims from employees
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with insurance renewals for fleet vehicles
- Maintain all fuel card records
The ideal candidate
- SAGE 50 knowledge would be an advantage
