Professional and experienced multi skilled tradesman required to work on a 6 month contract with leading Staffordshire based housing association on void property maintenance.

Contract type: Agency for 6 months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Base in Stafford with regular travel across the wider region. Company van supplied.

Pay rate: £19 - £21.25 per hour depending on skill set

Main duties - Carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled tradesman, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks, as requested by the Voids Supervisor.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

Suitable NVQ trade qualification
Clean UK driving licence
Experience in maintenance with Housing Association background (preferable)
Multi-skilled experience in various trades
Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Work unsupervised and use initiative
