Artisan Recruitment are looking for a Contracts Manager for a turnkey construction commpany based in Portsmouth.

This is a key role that connects site operations with the commercial function, ensuring every fit-out project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll play a central part in coordinating stakeholders, driving performance, and supporting our commitment to outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of contract administration and ensure full compliance with contractual requirements

Oversee construction and fit-out programmes, tracking progress against critical milestones

Provide technical expertise and support across multiple commercial fit-out sites

*

Strengthen collaboration between site teams, commercial colleagues, and external consultants

*

Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve consistently high performance

Maintain and promote our dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out projects

*

Strong understanding of building contracts, contract law, and industry regulations

*

Solid knowledge of fit-out programmes, sequencing, and technical construction processes

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

*

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
