Our client, a prestigious construction consulting services firm, is adding an Accounts Payable Clerk to their team. They will handle day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities including posting cash receipts, handling collections, and invoicing. In addition, this Accounts Payable Clerk will have the opportunity to work on and support projects across varying industries including commercial, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, etcetera. The organization has an established household name and has done incredible work for clients in the multi-billion dollar realm. This Accounts Payable Clerk will report directly to the Controller. Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.Job Requirements:
Position requirements: Full cycle accounts payable experience required. Construction accounting experience is highly preferred. Background using Timberline/Sage 300 is also highly preferred. Additional experience needed in: reading Sworn statements, accounts receivables, general ledger, reconciliations, and Excel (formulas). A detail-oriented person that can interface directly with clients will be a strong candidate for this role.
