We are searching for a teacher who can lead a mixed Year 3/4 class with consistency, clarity, and warmth. The successful candidate will have:

• Strong behaviour management skills, with the ability to create a structured, calm, and productive classroom environment.
• Experience delivering the KS2 curriculum, with clear, challenging, and engaging teaching approaches.
• A proven ability to support students in achieving age-related expectations, using assessment and targeted intervention effectively.
• A proactive and resilient teaching style, able to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within lower Key Stage 2.

• Planning and delivering well-structured and engaging lessons for a mixed Year 3/4 cohort.
• Establishing clear routines and expectations to promote positive behaviour and a strong learning ethic.
• Tracking, assessing, and supporting pupil progress, ensuring learning gaps are identified and addressed.
• Contributing to a positive school culture through teamwork, communication, and high professional standards.
• Creating a classroom environment that is safe, focused, and supportive of all learners.
