Transformation / Change Project Manager Role:

Working with our Network Partners to accelerate change in the way we go to Market across Digital, Physical, People and our Business Model is critical to our ability to be a Market leader consistently throughout the next decade.

This role will own the delivery of all Network Transformation projects, including the scoping and planning, ensuring the ability to deliver across multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

It will also own the accountability for the commercial impact they deliver, clearly linking the customer and commercial benefit.

Additionally, the role will manage our Dojo community, ensuring we have an engaged and optimised group of positive disruptors that provide the capability for rapid assessment of new initiatives before wider Network roll out.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Support the delivery of projects, including the design, planning and implementation+ Identification and business case creation for any additional resource requirements such as tools and frameworks to support project delivery+ Co-ordinate the activity of our Dojo community ensuring clarity over the business case for change and ensuring optimal use+ Co-ordinate with Network Operations and Network Development teams to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of project milestones+ Develop milestone timeline to track and ensure deliverables are achieved+ Liaise with the network and internal teams to ensure relevant areas are aligned and key activities progressed+ Identify any risks/challenges with projects and suggest counter measures to mitigate+ Support the communication and buy in to projects, working to create cross stakeholder alignment+ Track progress and support the compilation of report- outs+ Support with the integration of Academy schemes and initiatives, ensuring the network see One Toyota when evolving roles and structures+ Support with the implementation of new routes to market, ensuring a clear and coherent implementation plan is agreed with all stakeholders+ Feed into the reporting and representation of key Network Transformation activities with all steering mechanisms in the business, such as Network Steering Group

About You:

Essential:

+ Commercially astute with a broad business focus+ Strong communicator with the ability to listen and influence+ Effective Project management skills with the ability to visualise key elements to get buy and engagement; Agile is highly desirable.+ Strong planning and organising skills able to juggle multiple projects and tasks+ Effective people skills able to guide, support and coach individuals to get things done+ Proactive and positive mind set has the energy and belief that things can be achieved+ Calm demeanour whilst showing tenacity and resilience

Desirable:

+ Organisational design experience+ Human resources and planning experience+ Certified Project Management qualifications
