Job Title: Site Engineer (Night Shift)
Location: Heathrow Airport
Hours: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Contract: 12 months approx.
Pay Rate: Circa £400-£440 per night
The Opportunity:TRIbuild Solutions are working with a major infrastructure delivery partner and we are recruiting for a Site Engineer on Night Shifts to support tunnel upgrade works at Heathrow Airport.
This is a critical role in a high-profile live environment, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to make a real impact while earning competitive rates on a long-term contract.
Key Duties:Oversee and report on night shift construction works
Support subcontractor coordination and short-term programming
Complete QA documentation and ITP check sheets
Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and site safety procedures
Liaise with shift engineers and supervisors to ensure programme delivery
Requirements:Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
SMSTS and CSCS certification
Proven track record on infrastructure or civil projects
Strong communicator with excellent site documentation habits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced night shift environment
