As a Bridging Underwriter, you will:

Assess and underwrite complex bridging loan applications in line with lending policies.
Manage your own pipeline of cases, from application to completion.
Resolve risk-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Review valuation reports and assess the suitability of security properties.
Approve or reject applications, consulting with Compliance or Senior Leadership as needed.
Produce detailed loan synopses with clear rationales.
