We're working with an innovative principal contractor experiencing planned growth across their South Wales region.

They have recently started broken ground on a £60.M, two-year project to deliver two high-rise apartment blocks in Cardiff and require a Site Manager to join their team,

report directly to the Project Leader on this challenging scheme.

Duties include:

* Managing day-to-day site operations and site-based teams

* Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme, and within budget

* Driving programme, quality, and compliance on site

* Implementing and monitoring project processes and procedures

* Supporting the Project Leader with reporting and delivery strategy

The ideal candidate will be a process-driven delivery manager with proven experience operating as a No.2 on projects valued over £30m.

On completion of the project, the client can offer continuity of regional work, predominantly within the Cardiff/ South Wales area
