Looking for a flexible Part-time role (3 days per week) as a Senior Accountant role where your talent is genuinely recognised, and your growth is actively supported? We are a highly regarded and people-first accountancy practice based on outskirts of Windsor town centre, currently seeking a driven and experienced part-time Senior Accountant to join our expanding team.

The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to a broad and interesting portfolio of SME clients. This is a well-rounded role offering both responsibility and variety, including:
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations and returns
- Assisting with production of monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work
- Managing client queries and advising on accounting treatments, tax planning, and compliance
- Overseeing bookkeeping tasks and working across platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
- Collaborating with partners and managers on client development and business advisory projects
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and technical updates to maintain high standards of service
This is not a rigid or siloed role—you’ll be encouraged to get involved in all areas of the practice as your confidence and skills grow.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for practice accounting. You’ll ideally bring:
- A strong background in accountancy practice (5+ years)
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Excellent knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax rules, and VAT
- Experience using cloud-based accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- A team-player attitude—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fun, and high-performing environment
