• Day Rate £350–£400 per day inside IR35 
• 5 Days a week onsite

A fast-paced, project-led business is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Accountant to take ownership of the finance function during a key period.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, bringing both technical expertise and commercial insight to support decision-making and drive performance.

• Oversee all accounting activities across the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead financial reporting, including year-end accounts, audit, and tax processes
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Partner with project teams to:
  • Review commercial terms
  • Ensure robust forecasting across projects
  • Monitor budgets and control spend
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, payments, and payroll oversight
• Oversee tax credit / incentive claims

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting background with a commercial mindset
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior level
• Proven ability to work in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of tax credits or similar incentive schemes is advantageous
