You will be servicing current clients, in addition to gaining and on-boarding new clients. We are seeking a responsible, driven and client orientated individual, with the ability to provide an effective and efficient service, whilst representing the company and brand. • Being a main point of contact for key clients
• Maintaining, enhancing and building relationships
• Meeting clients needs and solving problems
• Gaining new business
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Visiting clients and attending events
• Working collaboratively with internal and external parties
• Devising suitable deals and packages
• Handling relevant documentation and contracts
• Maintaining communication across all avenues
• Updating records and keeping parties updated
• Working with suppliers and devising reports
• Any ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

 What we are looking for:

• Account Management/Sales/B2B experience (essential)
• Experience within the travel industry
• Full clean driving licence
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Motivated, with a strong sales etiquette
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to solve problems and handle data

 To be successful as an Account Manager you will be a self-starter with a proactive nature and the ability to prioritise tasks. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £35k - £40k, plus company benefits, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with some flexibility required.
