Job Title- Quantity Surveyor

Salary- £45,000-£50,000

Our client is a leading property services provider across the UK. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to price planned works and maintenance for assisted living properties.

As quantity surveyor, you will;

Oversee commercial control of planned works and maintenance projects
Support the procurement of subcontractors and manage accounts
Risk management and ensure contracts are delivered within budget
Prepare and manage monthly reports and valuations As quantity surveyor, it is required that you;

Are a degree qualified quantity surveyor or equivalent
Have 5+ years PQE
Are experienced in delivering social housing/assisted living refurbishment contracts
Excellent commercial awareness and communicationAs quantity surveyor, you will receive;
