Contracts Manager - Fire Door Specialist

Reddbrick have a fantastic opportunity for a Passive Fire Door Contracts Manager to Join a Regional Business who requires a Passive Fire door Specialist overseeing Fire Door Installation.

The Fire Door Contracts Manager candidate will provide consistent high quality support and assistance to the Operations Team and Site Teams in Leeds and the North.

Contracts Manager Duties:
The main duties within this position include; assisting the Operations Director and managing Project Managers in the delivery of multiple projects across the North , liaising with clients, organising site operatives, overseeing project programmes, health and safety and quality control.

This is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to work within a busy environment. A flexible approach is key, as well as being assertive and using initiative.

Experienced Project Managers, and Senior Fire Door Specialists who are looking to progress their career into Contracts Management are also encouraged to apply.

Contracts Manager responsibilities,
· Managing both small works and projects up to £2m
· Manage trades and subcontractors
· Project team
· Client liaison during live site
· Track and monitor client variations
· Ability to review and follow program construction works
· Able to review drawings of all disciplines
· Take responsibility for H&S on site - review and implement RAMS/Toolbox talks etc

Contracts Manager requirements

· Good organisation skills
· Good communication skills
· High level of IT ability. ( Word / Email / Excel / Microsoft Projects)

BM Trada or industry equivalent qualifications.
CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Certificates advantageous

Experience of liasing with clients and managing multiple sites is key.
