Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – 42 Hours per week, Night Shifts – £22 per Hour

Our client’s warm and welcoming nursing home is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team. This small, person-centred service supports older adults with personal care and nursing needs, offering a supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued.

This is a full-time night role (42 hours per week), ideal for a nurse who thrives on providing high-quality care and enjoys working in a close-knit setting.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC pin
• Confident in clinical skills and medication management
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care to residents during night shifts
• Administer and record medications in line with professional standards
• Support residents with personal care and nursing needs
• Lead and support the care team, ensuring best practice is followed
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
