Position: Cleaner/Facilities Operative
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.50
Location: Cheltenham

hours - 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7am to midday.

Your Role:
As the Cleaner/Facilities Operative, you will be responsible for keeping our site immaculate. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the site, focusing on toilets, communal areas, shopfloor and offices.
Performing ad-hoc tasks, which may include painting, building maintenance, gardening, and cleaning machine upkeep.
Ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
Managing stock control of consumables.
Upholding the 5S programme to maintain organised and efficient work areas.
Occasionally working outside normal hours as needed.
Participating in fire alarm testing and keyholding responsibilities (post-probation).

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist with any other tasks that align with your skills and capabilities to support the business as required.

What We're Looking For:

A valid UK full clean driving licence is essential.
Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Ability to obtain NSVS/BPSS UK Security clearance.
Forklift truck experience is advantageous; willingness to undergo training is required.

Working Hours:

39 hours per week, with start and finish times to be agreed upon.
