Permanent District Heating Engineers - Immediate Start - Southwark
We're looking for skilled and motivated District Heating Engineers to join our growing team. You'll be working on domestic heating systems in occupied domestic dwellings, with a permanent position, excellent pay, and immediate start opportunities.
Pay & Hours:
- £155 per day starting rate £40,300annual basic salary)
- £170 per day (£44,200 annual basic salary) after 6 months' probation - pay review included - 42.5-hour week (8:00am - 5:30pm)
- Overtime available (paid at single time)
- Call-out & standby rota with strong earning potential
Additional Earnings:
- £30 per repair job
- £20 per follow-on job
- Standby: £120 (Mon-Fri, includes 5 jobs)
- £180 (Sat-Sun + Bank Holidays)
- Approx. 1 in 8 days on call
Main Duties:
- Install cylinders & radiators
- Fit new isolation valves
- Install 2-port valves, lock shields & TRVs
- Carry out fault finding on district heating systems
