We're working with a wide network of engineering and manufacturing clients across the Midlands actively seeking experienced MIG/TIG fabricator welders!

Whether you're MIG, TIG, or stick - light gauge or heavy structural - we want to hear from you.

🔍 What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, MMA/ARC)

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specs

*

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery

*

Comfortable working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices

✅ Desirable (but not essential):

*

Coded or previously coded welders

*

Apprenticeship or NVQ/City & Guilds in Welding or Fabrication

*

Experience with sheet metal, structural steel, or bespoke projects
