We are seeking an experienced Quality Officer to join our clients team in Nottingham. This is a hands-on position, requiring you to work closely with the shop floor on all aspects of quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality management systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on the production line.
• Collaborate with shop floor staff to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support with training on quality standards and procedures.
• Use of data and generate reports to monitor quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Our client is keen to attract a Quality Officer with extensive experience within the SME Manufacturing space. You will have a strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies and have a proactive problem solving ability. This role requires you to build excellent working relationships with core stakeholders and team members internally with an eye on ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
