We are seeking an Employment Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the close-knit team of a respected and established Stockport law firm. You will support a respondent-focused caseload across both contentious and non-contentious matters, working with a strong portfolio of employer clients and gaining exposure to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Support Employment Tribunal matters (ET3s, Early Case Assessments, witness statements, hearings)

* Liaise with clients and Tribunals

* Prepare bundles and manage case documents

* Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy

* Attend hearings and provide support to fee earners

* Ensure compliance with Lexcel and SRA standards

About You:

* Minimum 12 months' employment law experience

* Strong technical knowledge and interest in employment/HR

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Confident, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
