Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

What You'll Do

Manage all POD retrievals and requests
Progress chase loads, contacting drivers/hauliers for updates
Prepare and update unbilled weekly reports
Build and maintain collection & delivery KPIs
Liaise daily with customers and hauliers to ensure smooth operations
Update transport platforms and maintain accurate records
Manage and analyse spreadsheets effectively
Work confidently towards departmental targets

Essential Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a transportTran environment (essential)
Background in administration with strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Confident communicator with a polite, professional telephone manner
