One of our fantastic clients are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Operations to lead their facilities management services— including security and enforcement, grounds maintenance, fire door maintenance, contact centre services and cleaning and catering
What You’ll Do: - Lead and develop operational teams across multiple service areas.
- Drive efficiency, performance, and value for money.
- Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support business growth and new contract mobilisation.
What You’ll Bring: - CMI Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and multi-service management experience.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Bonus Points: - Experience in public sector contracts.
SIA (non-front line) license required. Basic DBS check applies.
