The Role - Your Day-to-Day

In this varied and dynamic position, you'll be the bridge between customers, production, and quality assurance-helping to ensure high standards and smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as a key contact for high-end clients-providing updates, resolving queries, and managing orders

Using systems such as Sage, Excel, and internal databases to track and record work-in-progress

Supporting quality control by logging and investigating defects, raising rework orders, and coordinating with the QA team

Attending daily production meetings and relaying updates to clients

Coordinating with courier services and preparing delivery documentation

Helping maintain compliance with industry standards including ISO and aerospace regulations

Supporting with compliance activities like audits, H&S monitoring, and reporting

About You - What We're Looking For:

Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn

Confident communicator who can manage client expectations professionally

Skilled with MS Office and comfortable using digital systems

Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Previous admin or quality experience is helpful but not essential-training is provided!

Reliable, adaptable, and a team player with a positive mindset
