Daily Supply Teacher

• Pay Rate: £130 - £160 per day
• Location: West Sussex and Surrey

We are seeking Daily Supply Teachers to provide cover for long-term and day-to-day sickness in secondary schools across West Sussex and Surrey. This role is ideal for educators who prefer flexibility and are adept at quickly adapting to new classroom environments.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects in secondary schools.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a constructive learning environment.
• Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of different classes and student groups.
• Providing feedback on student performance and any notable incidents during the school day.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and following school policies and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students and the school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
