An opportunity to join a well respected retail shopfitter who have been trading over 15 years. Due to pipeline of work they want a Project Manager to join them.

They have premises in in the centre of the East Midlands where they offer a high end design, build and install service to the retail industry and receive regular business from high end brands.

The Role

Responsible for managing contracts of varying values
Project locations across the UK
A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts
Client facing role, including chairing of client/progress meetings
Sound knowledge of programming & procurement of fit-out projects
The role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
Attend progress meetings
Compilation of contractor's report
Health & Safety on site
Procurement of site materials & labour resources

The Person

Experience of management of commercial fit out projects
Understanding of the full "cradle to grave" process of a fitout contract
Ability to communicate well with all in the business and motivate the trades on site
Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
