THE ROLE

This newly created position sits at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic vision. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll:

Take full ownership of financial operations, including management accounts, forecasting, and statutory reporting
Drive critical business decisions through insightful financial analysis and recommendations
Lead a talented finance team, nurturing their development while building robust financial controls
Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance

Proven track record as a Finance Manager with demonstrable impact
Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with sharp commercial acumen
Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems
Strong people management skills with an ability to influence at all levels
