Job Title: Production operative 
Location: Langport, Somerset (FREE BUS SERVICE FROM BRIDGWATER)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4PM
Rates of Pay: 12.50 to £14.00 per hour
Reporting to: Production Manager

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our production team as Production Operatives. This is a key position within the factory, supporting the preparation, trimming, and packing of products in line with company and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

Preparing, trimming, and packing products to meet production standards
Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a team under supervisionWhat We're Looking For:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Good attention to detail
Previous experience in a food production or factory environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
