The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As the 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a primary-aged pupil with ASD and ADHD, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build positive relationships within the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, deliver targeted support, and create a calm, structured learning environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavioural and sensory strategies and assisting with academic tasks, communication, and emotional regulation.
