**The role:**

Reporting into the EMEA Head of Graduate Recruitment, this individual will be responsible for the recruitment and programme management (development and retention) of entry level talent for our clients Fixed Income division at the undergraduate (Analyst) level. This person will provide a comprehensive graduate recruiting service to support the effective recruitment of Fixed Incomes summer, offcycle and fulltime analysts. In conjunction with the Head of ISG Graduate Recruiting and the MSU they will assist with the management of the Sales & Trading Analyst Training Programmes (fulltime, summer and offcycle) and be responsible for managing one direct report.

- Implement and execute a successful and comprehensive recruiting strategy for the EMEA Fixed Income division for all relevant programmes and across the entire region, including local and MENA offices.
- Identify and monitor hiring needs in collaboration with the business and formulate a division specific strategy that meets all BU requirements.
- Work with the European and MENA local offices and BU representatives to define local office graduate recruiting needs for Fixed Income.
- Monitor the recruiting and support local and MENA locations in recruiting the junior talent they require.
- Oversee the design, content and delivery of first rounds and assessment centres. Attend all interview and assessment centre days and facilitate wash ups and hiring decision roundtable discussions.
- Ensure the business is trained in interviewing best practices and closely monitor hiring decisions.
- Responsible for updating the online application system and that Fixed Income applicants are dealt with in a timely manner. This includes managing all analyst related enquiries sent to the enquiries inbox and ensuring that all candidate feedback is gathered and communicated to candidates in a structured and timely fashion.
- Partnering with the Equities Analyst Recruiter to develop the content and structure of the Sales & Trading summer analyst programme. Ensure relevant partners are involved.
- Manage the Fixed Income summer analyst performance review process and end of programme related hiring decisions (conversions to fulltime) to ensure the right interns are offered a permanent position.
- Oversee the mentoring programme for Fixed Income graduates.
- Oversee the involvement of line representatives and university alumni in the recruiting process, ensuring the most adequate resources are deployed to recruit graduate talent into Fixed Income and Sales & Trading on the whole.
- In partnership with the Equities Analyst Recruiter, coach their one direct report through the planning and execution of the season, ensuring divisional graduate recruitment function as a department delivers a high standard of service and professional support to external candidates and internal business alike.
- Keep up to date with current and impeding legislation, developments and changes in the graduate market and propose changes to current graduate recruiting policies and practices across Fixed Income.




#### Position Requirements



**What we need from you:**

- Successful candidates will have previous experience in graduate recruitment
- Programme management experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- A solid understanding of the graduate recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, skill set requirements by division, etc.)
- Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills ability to resolve and manage conflicts
- Willingness to work with numerous constituencies to gather information and opinions, generate buyin and implement actions
- Attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Highly organized and comfortable influencing
- Strong ability to multitask and handle working in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated client service focus and credibility with senior management
- Highlevel of initiative and selfmotivation
- Analytical and strong reporting skills
- Results oriented, driven and eager to succeed
- Ability to lead, delegate and manage a direct report
- Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and senior professionals internally and externally
- Strong presentation, sales and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility with respect to working hours **travel will be required**
