Global Law firm seeks to leverage Artificial intelligence to the commercial benefit of the firms through a mixed use of established and emerging AI technologies largely focused around the Microsoft stack.

NOTE: This role is based within a Law Firm with HQ in London, a client of the Recruitment division at Comtecs.

Working in a lead capacity you will undertake duties of a product owner to some degree whilst remaining hands on in the configuration, development, deployment and management of artificial intelligence technologies including Microsoft CoPilot, Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI. The main duties will include:

• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog Serve as the firm’s technical lead for Microsoft CoPilot, Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI, guiding the design of autonomous AI workflows across platforms.
• Develop, test and optimise reusable AI components such as prompts and prompt chains to support use cases within the firm. Establish a prompt library for firm-wide use.
• Assist SME’s in integration of AI to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and the use of AI within the Microsoft 365 applications.
• Own the technical direction of the applications you are responsible for, ensuring alignment with the Technology roadmap
• Maintain relevant access, licensing, security policies and usage controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to third-line support or vendors where necessary

As such we are searching for an AI Engineer / Product Owner / Automation Specialist who possesses:

• Strong hands-on experience of the Microsoft AI stack, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Graph API and Copilot within Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience developing Copilot agents, crafting high-quality prompts and working with Agentic AI models.
• Good knowledge of the administration of SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, training and documentation
• Experience of aspects of product ownership including roadmap development and backlog management
