Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Remuneration: £45,000

Schedule: 12:00 - 20:30 Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 17:30 Friday

The role of the Maintenance Engineer - Fenestration Manufacturing Machinery will involve:

* Machinery Engineer dealing with the maintenance of production machinery for a range of window and door systems

* Ensuring unplanned stops of production facilities are kept to a minimum by effective maintenance of plant and equipment

* Develop and execute PPM & TPM system to ensure zero stoppages

* Deal with breakdowns and servicing of plant and equipment

* Ensure adequate parts/supplies are available for maintenance activities

* Comply with the requirements of company rules, procedures and HSEQ legislation

* Consistently identify opportunities for improvement within the department and record all improvements

The ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Manager - Windows & Doors with:

* Must have Maintenance experience dealing with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems & CNC machines

* Mechanical/electrical qualifications to HNC or equivalent

* Health and safety knowledge including risk assessments

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Excellent planning, organisation, time management skills
