Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify new opportunities Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Provide expert advice Offer product knowledge and guidance to clients, helping them choose the best safety solutions for their needs.

Meet and exceed targets Set and achieve sales targets while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the team Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in safety footwear, workwear, or PPE.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Knowledge of safety regulations and industry trends is a plus.
