A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT WOTTON HOUSE HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Running night audit using property management system (PMS) software
- Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit cards and cash
- Answering guest queries and providing services as required
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager
