A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT WOTTON HOUSE HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. 

• Running night audit using property management system (PMS) software
• Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit cards and cash
• Answering guest queries and providing services as required
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager
