Brownlee Cale are working with a social housing construction firm in the Yorkshire area who are looking to take on a Senior Site Manager to manage the retrofit and refurbishment of live social housing sites.

Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day operations on site for multiple live retrofit and refurbishment

* Managing skilled labour

* Communicating with occupants of housing when carrying out refurb and retrofit

* Plan and schedule works in line with programme milestones, ensuring timely delivery while maintaing compliance

* Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Must have experience of retrofit and refurbishment

* Must have experience of working within live sites

* 2-3 years of experience within a Senior Site Manager role

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
