We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued manufacturing client in Warwick for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly accounts team on a permanent basis.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time. Your daily responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

Processing and posting supplier invoices
*
Matching supplier invoices to payments and purchase orders
*
Nominal coding and issuing remittances
*
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queries
*
Managing the accounts inbox professionally
*
Posting transactions onto Sage Line 50 (experience with Sage is essential, Xero knowledge is desirable)
We are looking for someone who:

Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Is fully conversant with Sage
*
Is computer literate
This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
Salary: £25,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
