Position: Learning Support Assistant
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Duration: Until the end of the academic year

Responsibilities:

Work closely with teaching staff to support students in achieving their learning goals.
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with additional learning needs.
Assist with classroom activities, including lesson preparation and organization.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and other members of the school community.Requirements:

Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude towards addressing student needs.
Experience working in an educational setting or with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
