Role: Void Supervisor
Location: Watford Area (including travel to Bushey & Northwood)
Salary: £33,000 + Company Van 
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Full Time, Permanent.

We're looking for a Void Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a long-term housing maintenance contract across the South of England.
This role is about more than just maintaining properties—it's about helping build safe, comfortable homes for service families and creating a positive impact on communities.

About the Role

As Void Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation. You'll work closely with contractors and service partners to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards—safely, on time, and with customer satisfaction front of mind.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing sub-contractors and service providers to deliver timely, quality repair and void works
Driving performance and efficiency across all aspects of the service
Supporting the Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth operations and addressing any challenges as they arise
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsThis is a hands-on leadership role where your experience and initiative will be valued and your input welcomed.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience supervising housing repairs and maintenance
Confidence in managing contractors and service partners
Strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates, compliance requirements, and contract management
A HNC or equivalent in a technical or trade-related discipline (desirable)
Strong communication and digital skills, alongside a commitment to service excellenceWe're looking for someone proactive, dependable, and passionate about getting the job done right.
