What are they looking for? 

Previous experience in client care/business development

Chartered or working towards chartered status 

Proficient in GIS, ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and TEMPRO highway software

Extensive knowledge and experience of the planning process involving EIP/Structure Plans and Public Inquiries/Local Plans

Strong written and verbal communication skills
