What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
• Previous experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering outstanding early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to maintain high standards across the setting.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, learning, and creativity.
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to observations and assessments.
