 Job Description:
Client has an opening for an experienced Corporate Paralegal in our New York office. The paralegal will assist with a variety of contract matters, including drafting, reviewing and revising legal documents. The paralegal will provide significant support in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships, including project management associated with diligence. In addition, responsibilities will include assisting the Legal Team with legal research and policy development, preparation of NDA's, records management and other administration processes and maintenance of contract forms and routine corporate records.

****We are looking for candidates who have more M&A experience and experience with drafting contracts and less emphasis on corporate governance

Required Skills:
-Three years minimum of experience in the areas of general corporate law, contracts and mergers and acquisitions.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, format) and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrated problem solving skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a team-oriented work style.
