Provide day-to-day IT support to store and office users
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS terminals, and printers
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary
Monitor and maintain endpoints, antivirus systems, patches, and system updates
Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
Deliver remote, telephonic, and in-person IT support across multiple locations
Coordinate with external service providers for onsite support and hardware/network issues
Support IT infrastructure projects including new store openings and system upgrades
Assist with deployment of digital solutions (e.g., CCTV, biometrics, kiosks)
Oversee server and infrastructure maintenance, including backups, antivirus, and network connectivity
Maintain firewalls, WAN links, and VPNs in collaboration with vendors
Keep accurate records of IT assets and equipment; manage procurement and asset lifecycles
Maintain IT documentation, update IT policies, and ensure compliance with IT standards
Respond to audit queries and manage licensing and software renewals
