The Role:

The Twenty One Group are working in partnership with a leading business within the Building Services sector and we are currently supporting their campaign to identify a Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background to join their expanding team in Aberdeen

Job Description:

* Work as part of the Operations team, where you will be responsible for management of multiple projects

* The ability to fully understand and interpret technical drawings and be able to discuss with knowledge the technical elements within the project.

* To liaise with internal team members and support various elements within the delivery process

* To liaise with external subcontractors where applicable

* To plan and organise workload accordingly

* Preparation of risk assessments

* Add input to variables within the project and liaise with Directors and commercial teams to ensure there is synergy between the operational and commercial elements of the project.

The Candidate:

* A demonstrative track record within the building services sector

* Proven record of working as a Contracts manager or someone ready to step up from Project management

* The ability to manage and motivate trades teams.

* The ability to fully comprehend technical drawings and bill of quantities.

* Astute commercial awareness
