Associate Director - Head of Façade Access

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently seeking an Associate Director - Head of Façade Access to lead and develop a growing façade access consultancy service based in London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical expertise, project delivery, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping façade access strategies for major projects while expanding client relationships and helping to grow the consultancy's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop façade access consultancy services across a range of projects

Provide technical leadership on façade access strategy, design, and implementation

*

Manage and deliver projects from concept through to completion

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships

*

Identify and support new business opportunities

*

Lead, mentor, and develop team members

*

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practice in façade access systems

Requirements

*

Ideally 8+ years' experience in façade access consultancy, design, or engineering

*

Strong technical understanding of façade access systems and strategies

*

Experience leading projects and managing client relationships

*

Commercial awareness and ability to support business development

*

Strong communication and leadership skills
