Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for operational excellence and regulatory standards? Reed Business Support's, well-established client based in Kings Hill is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their Operations & Compliance team.

Senior Compliance OfficerAbout the Role:

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the business meets its statutory, regulatory, and quality obligations. You’ll be responsible for managing the internal Risk Framework, investigating incidents and breaches, and responding to data protection requests, all while driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Senior Compliance OfficerKey Responsibilities:

• Investigate and manage incidents, breaches, and data protection requests
• Analyse trends and recommend procedural improvements
• Act as an escalation point for compliance-related issues
• Support Subject Access Requests and data protection matters
• Assist with internal audits and maintain audit records
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance quality and efficiency
• Contribute to maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards and regulatory memberships
• Support tender processes and provide compliance input for bids
• Deliver accurate reports and performance statistics

Senior Compliance OfficerWhat We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a compliance or risk management role
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks is desirable
